Lotsa new stuff

No particular theme. Let's get on with it, shall we?

Tempe totally upstages me.

King Cavalierapalooza.

New friends hanging out, doing the ol' sniff'n'greet.

Sophie M., staying hydrated.

The air is their newspaper. Er, I mean, internet. Remember paper?

Sometimes I chase after her. I never catch up, but I figure it's good race training.

Two dogs who rarely play, playing

One of my favorite things about Doggie Daycare is the diversity of personalities in every group I take care of. I don't know how much of the differences can be attributed to breed, upbringing, or just the individual dog's own outlook on their doggie life. I suppose it doesn't really matter; my objective is to make sure everyone has a good time and stay safe.

Some dogs are happy-go-lucky from the start and jump right in to the social scene. Others generally prefer to keep to themselves for a variety of reasons, from nervousness to not wanting to be bothered with tomfoolery that interrupts a good nap in the sun.

Oscar D. (the tan one) is more of a people-dog than a dog-dog. He LOVES to fetch and hang out with the animals of the two-legged variety. Bella P.(the pit bull) generally prefers soaking up the vitamin D while snoozing, not bouncing around with the high-energy pups. So it's nice to see both of them expand their doggie horizons a bit - Oscar accepts another dog as a suitable playmate, Bella gets a little exercise (she's usually the mellowest dog out there).

Anyway, here's some footage of happy dogs playing.
